The wounded from the July Uprising march toward the chief adviser's residence
"We are heading to the chief adviser's residence to present our demands in writing," said a protester.

On Sunday evening, injured protesters from the July uprising left Shyamoli in the capital and began their march toward Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus’s official residence, the State Guest House Jamuna, to press their demands.
Earlier, around 10:30 pm the previous day, the protesters had initiated a demonstration by blocking the road in front of the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedic Rehabilitation (Nitor) and the National Institute of Ophthalmology and Hospital in Agargaon. They remained there throughout the night, continuing their blockade on Mirpur Road in Shyamoli from Sunday morning until the evening, demanding recognition and rehabilitation.
Mizanur Rahman, one of the injured protesters, stated, “We have been protesting on the streets for the past 24 hours to demand what is rightfully ours. Though we are sick and injured, we have taken to the streets to appeal to the government for our rights. However, we have received no response from the authorities. Since our roadblock is causing inconvenience to the public, we have decided to clear the way.”
He continued, "Now, armed with the Management Information Service (MIS) or verification certificate copies provided by the government, we are heading to the chief adviser’s residence to seek a resolution."
Another injured protester, Tanoy, expressed, “I don’t understand why the state is ignoring us. We’ve been protesting from last night until today, and still, there has been no response from the government. Now, we are on our way to the chief adviser’s residence to submit our demands in writing. We hope he will at least consider our plea and not leave us abandoned on the streets.”
