Sergio Gor says Bangladesh pledges billions to expand Boeing aircraft order

US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor said on Sunday that Bangladesh has pledged to spend billions of dollars on additional Boeing aircraft under a new agreement with the United States.

“Just this week, President Trump and the Prime Minister of Bangladesh made another incredible Deal, with Bangladesh committing to spend Billions of Dollars to buy more Boeing Aircraft, significantly increasing their initial order,” Gor wrote in a post on X.

Gor made the remarks while highlighting US President Donald Trump’s economic policies, saying the president is focused on creating millions of well-paying jobs, attracting trillions of dollars in investment and revitalising the US economy.

“Our President is Making America, and our partners, Great Again!” he added.
