Bangladesh Set to Face India Tomorrow

Bangladesh will face India tomorrow (Sunday) in their final Group B match of the AFC U-20 Asian Cup qualifiers at the Do'stlik Stadium in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 5pm Bangladesh time.

Bangladesh are bottom of the Group B standings after failing to collect a point from their opening two matches. Following back-to-back defeats, their hopes of progressing to the next round now appear slim.

The eight group winners and seven best runners-up from the qualifying round will secure places in the AFC U-20 Asian Cup finals.

Bangladesh began their campaign with a 2-0 defeat to hosts Uzbekistan before suffering a 3-0 loss to Syria in their second match.

India, meanwhile, opened their campaign with a 1-0 victory over Syria but were heavily beaten 4-0 by hosts Uzbekistan in their second outing.
