Singapore envoy holds meeting with Jamaat-e-Islami leadership
In the meeting, they discussed matters concerning the interests of both Bangladesh and Singapore.

On Monday, a three-member delegation led by Derek Loh, Singapore’s Non-Resident High Commissioner to Bangladesh, met with leaders of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami at their office in the capital.
During the meeting, they discussed topics related to the shared interests of Bangladesh and Singapore, as well as ways to make Bangladesh's democracy more effective, according to a press release.
Among those present were Acting Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami and former MP Professor Mujibur Rahman, Nayeb-e-Ameer and former MP Dr. Syed Abdullah Md Taher, Secretary General and former MP Professor Mia Golam Parwar, and Assistant Secretary General Advocate Ehasanul Mahbub Jubayer.
