Trump excludes the U.S. from involvement in Bangladesh, stating that the decision is in Modi's hands
The two leaders focused mainly on trade and the relationship between India and the U.S.
U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that the United States will not be involved in Bangladesh's current issues.
"I'll leave Bangladesh to PM Modi," he remarked.
Trump made this comment during a joint press conference with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi after their bilateral talks in Washington.
While the two leaders mainly focused on trade and India-U.S. relations, Trump dismissed a question about the situation in Bangladesh.
