Iran's president says the country will honor the ceasefire if Israel does the same.
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said Tuesday that Tehran will abide by the ceasefire declared by US President Donald Trump, as long as Israel also adheres to its terms.
"If the Zionist regime respects the ceasefire, Iran will do the same," Pezeshkian stated during a phone call with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, according to a statement on the presidency’s website.
