Agontuk Repertory's "Ek Guchchha Golpo" set to premiere on OTT.

Agontuk Repertory's third production, "Ek Guchchha Golpo" (A Bunch of Stories), is set to premiere on the OTT platform iScreen. Following its stage debut late last year, this collection of six plays will be available for streaming starting October 4. The six stories—"Swajati," "Dhusor," "Lukochuri," "Somoy," "Porichoy," and "Nirbhor"—were penned by Tahnina Islam and directed by three esteemed theatre directors: Azad Abul Kalam, Tropa Majumdar, and Pantha Shahriar.
The ensemble cast features notable theatre figures such as Ferdousi Majumdar, Azad Abul Kalam, Tropa Majumdar, Pantha Shahriar, Aupee Karim, Shatabdi Wadud, and Tahnina Islam herself, along with Jahangir Alam, Tamanna Islam, Ahmed Gias, Gulshan Ara Munni, and Palash Hendry Sen.
Originally staged at the Nilima Ibrahim Auditorium of Bangladesh Mahila Samity on Bailey Road, "Ek Guchchha Golpo" quickly garnered the attention of theatre enthusiasts. With its upcoming OTT release, a broader audience will have the opportunity to engage with its touching narratives. Each director brought their unique vision to the project: Tropa Majumdar directed "Porichoy" and "Lukochuri," Pantha Shahriar took the helm for "Somoy" and "Dhusor," while Azad Abul Kalam led "Swajati" and "Nirbhor," resulting in a rich tapestry of directorial styles.
The production also features strong behind-the-scenes contributions, with Hendry Sen responsible for stage and lighting design, Niloy Chowdhury creating the background music, and costumes designed by Tahnina Islam and Gulshan Ara Munni.
