‘Taandob’ set for dual release on Chorki and Hoichoi

Raihan Rafi’s “Taandob” shattered major box office records following its theatrical release during Eid-ul-Azha, earning widespread acclaim from audiences. Featuring a star-studded cast including Shakib Khan, Jaya Ahsan, Sabila Nur, and Afzal Hossain, the film is now gearing up for its digital debut.

Both Hoichoi and Chorki announced today that they will be premiering “Taandob” simultaneously on their platforms. While an exact release date hasn’t been disclosed, the film is slated to arrive in August.

Director Raihan Rafi reflected on the project, saying, “Creating ‘Taandob’ was a unique journey. We focused on delivering something fresh — from the story and concept to the visuals and thematic depth. With the OTT release, audiences worldwide can now experience our vision.”

“Taandob” marks Rafi’s second collaboration with Shakib Khan and includes an ensemble cast featuring Shahiduzzaman Selim, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Gazi Rakayet, Salahuddin Lavlu, FS Nayeem, and Rozi Siddiqui, with Tariq Anam Khan in a special appearance.
