Advance train tickets for March 25 are now available for booking
Tickets will be available for online booking from 8:00 AM onwards.
To facilitate smooth travel for homebound passengers during Eid-ul-Fitr, advance ticket sales for intercity trains began on Friday. On that day, tickets for March 24 were available for online purchase.
Continuing this schedule, advance tickets for trains departing on March 25 will be released today, March 15.
Online ticket sales will commence at 8:00 AM for intercity trains in the western region of Bangladesh Railway, while tickets for the eastern region will be available from 2:00 PM.
For this year’s Eid travel, a total of 35,935 seats have been allocated for trains departing from Dhaka.
This initiative is part of Bangladesh Railway’s action plan to ensure a hassle-free Eid journey for passengers.
As per the schedule, tickets for journeys on March 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 will be sold on March 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20, respectively.
Tickets for March 31 and April 1 and 2 will be available based on the sighting of the moon.
