Bangladesh announces squad for the 2025 Women's ODI World Cup Qualifier
Six teams will battle for the last two spots in the prestigious tournament, scheduled to be held in India later this year.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board has revealed the squad for the upcoming 2025 Women’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier.
In this tournament, six teams will compete for the final two spots in the eight-team World Cup, set to be held in India later this year. Bangladesh will face West Indies, Ireland, Scotland, Thailand, and Pakistan in the qualifiers.
The top two teams at the end of the tournament will secure their place in the highly anticipated ICC event.
Defending champions Australia, along with England, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and New Zealand, have already qualified for the Women's 50-over World Cup. They secured their spots by finishing among the top five teams in the Women's Championship 2022-25 points table, joining hosts India.
