This year’s theme, “Cooperatives Will Build the Country Through Equality and Equity,” highlights the vital role of the cooperative movement in ensuring inclusive growth and social justice.

The central programme took place at the Department of Cooperatives headquarters in Agargaon, Dhaka, featuring a colourful ceremony. As part of the observance, the national and cooperative flags were hoisted in the morning at the department premises.
