Chief Adviser to deliver a special address at Chatham House today.

As part of his public diplomacy initiatives, Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus is set to deliver a special address today at Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs.
The speech will take place in the Main Hall of Chatham House from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm London time. According to the Chief Adviser's programme schedule, the session will be recorded, live streamed, and partially open to the media.
Following his speech, Professor Yunus will attend a reception hosted in his honour by Chatham House.
In the evening, he is scheduled to join a dinner hosted by His Majesty King Charles III to mark the 35th Anniversary of The King’s Foundation. The event will be held at St. James’s Palace in London.
Professor Yunus is currently in London on a four-day official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations.
In a notable recognition of his global contributions, Professor Yunus has been nominated for the 'King Charles III Harmony Award 2025' by the British monarch. The award celebrates his lifelong efforts in promoting peace, sustainability, and harmony among people and the planet.
The award will be formally presented at a ceremony at St. James’s Palace on June 12.
Established in 1990 by the then Prince of Wales, The King’s Foundation is a UK-based charity that annually honours individuals with outstanding achievements in sustainable development and humanitarian work.
The Chief Adviser is scheduled to return to Bangladesh on June 14.
