Dhaka University opens condolence book for Begum Khaleda Zia

The Dhaka University (DU) authorities today opened a condolence book to pay tribute to former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia.

University Grants Commission (UGC) Chairman Prof Dr S M A Faiez, DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Niaz Ahmad Khan, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Administration) Prof Dr Saima Haque Bidisha, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education) Prof Dr Mamun Ahmed, Treasurer Prof Dr M Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, along with former vice-chancellors, former pro-vice-chancellors, members of the Senate and Syndicate, and prominent educationists, signed the condolence book on the occasion.

The condolence book will remain open until January 6 for teachers, students, officers, and employees of the university.

It has been placed at the Professor Abdul Matin Chowdhury Virtual Classroom in the university’s administrative building for signing.
