Anisuzzaman appointed as Special Assistant to the CA

Dr. Anisuzzaman Chowdhury has been appointed as the Special Assistant to Chief Adviser Prof. Muhammad Yunus in the interim government.  

According to Rule 3B(iia) of the Rules of Business, 1996, he has been granted executive authority over the Ministry of Finance to support the chief adviser, as stated in a gazette notification issued by the Cabinet Division on Monday.  

During his tenure, he will hold the status of a state minister and receive equivalent salary, allowances, and benefits.  

This order takes immediate effect.
