Two Army Officials Appointed as Ambassadors
Major General Kabir Ahmed and Bangladesh Tea Board Chairman Major General Sheikh Mohammad Sarwar Hossain of the Bangladesh Army have been appointed on deputation as ambassadors under the foreign ministry.
A notification to this effect was issued by the public administration ministry on Sunday.
The order takes immediate effect, the notification added.
