Tarique Rahman Meets Erdogan on UNGA Sidelines

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York on Tuesday.

The meeting took place at Turkish House, located at 821 United Nations Plaza.

During the talks, the two leaders discussed ways to further strengthen the longstanding friendly and cordial relations between Bangladesh and Turkey. They also exchanged views on matters of mutual interest, along with regional and international cooperation.

The leaders explored opportunities to expand existing areas of cooperation for the mutual benefit of the two countries and the welfare of their peoples.
