Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Saturday inaugurated a new 500-bed building at the National Institute of Neurosciences and Hospital in Dhaka.
The facility was formally opened at around 10:15am, marking a significant expansion of the country’s specialised healthcare infrastructure. The new building will enhance the hospital’s capacity to provide treatment and care for patients with neurological disorders, while helping meet rising demand for specialised services and reducing pressure on existing facilities.
