ISPR: Army actively ensuring national security in preparation for Eid
The 9th Infantry Division has intensified security surveillance in Dhaka and neighboring districts.
The Bangladesh Army is operating nationwide with neutrality and professionalism to safeguard public lives and property and maintain law and order ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr.
As part of these efforts, the 9th Infantry Division has intensified security surveillance in Dhaka and nearby districts, facilitated communication between factory owners and workers in industrial areas, and ensured safe services at launch terminals, train stations, and bus stands, according to a press release issued by ISPR on Saturday.
Furthermore, in collaboration with various law enforcement agencies, the army will ensure smooth vehicular movement on all roads, including the Dhaka-Tangail and Dhaka-Mymensingh highways, to ensure a safe and enjoyable Eid for all, the statement added.
