Chief of Army Staff Calls on Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser in Qatar

Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus held a meeting with Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, mother of the Amir of Qatar and Chairperson of Qatar Foundation, on the sidelines of the Earthna Summit in Doha. During the summit, he also met Sheikh Thani bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Chairperson of Qatar Fund for Development, and held discussions with Nawaf Abdullah Al Hammadi, Assistant CEO for International Operations at Qatar Charity.

Professor Yunus is currently on a four-day visit to Qatar to participate in the Earthna Summit. He was received at Hamad International Airport at 21:40 pm on Monday (Doha time) by Bangladesh Ambassador to Qatar, Md. Nazrul Islam. Earlier, he departed from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 7:00 pm (Dhaka time) the same day.
