Chief Adviser pledges the best possible medical care for Osman Hadi
He said the government would make all necessary arrangements if treatment abroad becomes required.
Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus said on Saturday that the government is taking all necessary steps to ensure Sharif Osman Hadi receives the best possible medical treatment.
He noted that people across the country are praying for Hadi’s recovery and that every effort is being made to provide him with the highest standard of care. “Given his physical condition, if treatment abroad becomes necessary, the government will make all arrangements to ensure he receives care wherever required,” he said.
Professor Yunus made the remarks during a meeting with the family of Osman Hadi, spokesperson of Inqilab Mancha and a prospective independent candidate for the Dhaka-8 constituency.
The meeting was held in the morning at the State Guest House Jamuna with Hadi’s brother Abu Bakar Siddiq, his sister Masuma, and Inqilab Mancha leaders Abdullah Al Jaber, Fatima Tasnim Juma, and Md Borhan Uddin.
