Trump Says Russia, China Conduct Nuclear Tests but 'Don't Talk About It'
US President Donald Trump on Sunday alleged that nuclear-armed nations such as Russia and China have been conducting underground nuclear tests away from public knowledge.
“Russia’s testing, and China’s testing, but they don’t talk about it,” Trump said in an interview with CBS’s 60 Minutes, responding to questions about his recent order for the United States to resume nuclear testing.
“They test deep underground, in places where people can’t tell exactly what’s going on,” he added.
