The nationwide Vitamin A campaign kicks off this Saturday

The nationwide Vitamin A Plus campaign will launch on Saturday, aiming to distribute Vitamin A Plus capsules to all children aged six to 59 months.  

As part of the initiative, children aged 6-11 months will receive blue capsules, while those aged 12-59 months will be given red capsules, according to a PID handout.  

With the slogan “Feed Vitamin A, Reduce the Risk of Child Mortality,” the campaign will be conducted across all districts, upazilas, and unions.  

This year, the campaign aims to reach 2.26 crore children through 1,20,000 EPI centers nationwide.
