Nargis appointed as BNP Vice-Chairman, Yasin designated as Chairperson’s Adviser
Haji Aminur Rashid Yasin has been appointed to the Party Chairperson’s Advisory Council.
BNP has appointed Nargis Begum, wife of the late BNP standing committee member Tariqul Islam, as the party’s Vice-Chairman.
Additionally, Haji Aminur Rashid Yasin, BNP’s Relief and Rehabilitation Affairs Secretary, has been appointed as a member of the Party Chairperson’s Advisory Council.
BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced these new appointments in a press release on Wednesday.
Previously, Nargis served as the convener of BNP’s Jessore district unit.
According to party sources, these appointments are part of BNP’s ongoing organizational restructuring.
