The High Court has mandated the prompt removal of all images of the child rape survivor in Magura from social media, instructing the BTRC to implement the order without delay.
The directive was issued suo motu on Monday by a High Court bench consisting of Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice Debasish Roy Chowdhury.
