Putin seeks to enhance Dhaka-Moscow cooperation for regional security and stability
He expresses confidence that they will continue to progress productively for the benefit of both nations.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has emphasized that Bangladesh-Russia relations are built on long-standing traditions of friendship and mutual respect.
"I am confident that they will continue to grow productively, benefiting our peoples and contributing to regional security and stability," he stated in a message to President Mohammed Shahabuddin.
President Putin also extended his best wishes to his Bangladeshi counterpart for good health and success, along with peace and prosperity for the people of Bangladesh, as conveyed by the Russian Embassy in Dhaka.
Meanwhile, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin highlighted the steady development of Bangladesh-Russia relations, rooted in friendship and mutual respect.
In a message to Chief Adviser Prof. Muhammad Yunus, Prime Minister Mishustin noted the deepening cooperation in trade, economy, science and technology, culture, and humanitarian efforts, alongside the steady progress of ambitious joint projects.
"I am confident that active government-level collaboration will further strengthen our practical engagements," he said, emphasizing that this aligns with the interests of both the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
On behalf of the Russian government and himself, Prime Minister Mishustin extended his congratulations on Bangladesh's National and Independence Day.
He also wished Dr. Yunus good health, well-being, and success in his leadership, as well as happiness and prosperity for the people of Bangladesh.
