National Pay Commission Begins Work On Overhauling Pay Scale

The National Pay Commission has launched its work aimed at developing recommendations for a fair, transparent, and effective pay structure.

In a statement issued on Monday, Md Farhad Siddique, Member Secretary of the Commission, said four online questionnaires have been designed to gather feedback from a broad range of stakeholders.

The questionnaires are tailored for specific groups: employees, the general public, institutions, and associations.

They are available on the Commission’s official website: paycommission2025.gov.bd.

Individuals, institutions, and associations are invited to submit their responses online by 15 October 2025.

Associations seeking to meet with the Commission are requested to complete the relevant questionnaire and indicate their interest accordingly.
