Ilias Kanchan Unveils New Political Party

A new political party named Janata Party Bangladesh has been officially launched, with renowned film actor Ilias Kanchan taking charge as its chairman. Accompanying him, veteran journalist Shaukat Mahmood has been appointed as the secretary general. The formal announcement took place during an event at Hotel Intercontinental, Dhaka, on Friday, where the party introduced its slogan: “We will build a country of justice.”
