Donald Trump said he will meet New York mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani on Friday.
US President Donald Trump announced that he will meet with New York’s mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani on Friday, despite having sharply criticized the 34-year-old self-described Democratic Socialist during the campaign.
Trump, who again repeated his false accusation that Mamdani is a “communist,” said on his Truth Social platform that the meeting “will be held at the Oval Office on Friday, November 21st.”
