Dhaka, Delhi hold talks on bilateral, regional and global issues

Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Dinesh Trivedi paid a courtesy visit to State Minister for Foreign Affairs Humaiun Kobir at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday.

During the meeting, Trivedi congratulated Humaiun Kobir on his appointment as state minister.

The two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations and a range of regional and international issues, including developments from the recently concluded 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

Humaiun Kobir reaffirmed Bangladesh’s commitment to engaging with India in a forward-looking and mutually respectful manner on shared interests and issues aimed at promoting the well-being of the peoples of both countries.
