The Prime Minister is set to launch the pre-pilot phase of the “Farmer Card” programme on April 14.
Prime Minister Tarique Rahman is scheduled to inaugurate the pre-pilot distribution of the “Farmer Card” on April 14.
The ceremony will take place at 10:00am at Shaheed Maruf Stadium in Tangail Sadar.
Under the initiative, the “Farmer Card” will be rolled out simultaneously in 10 upazilas—Shibganj, Panchagarh Sadar, Boda, Islampur, Shailkupa, Nesarabad, Juri, Cumilla Adarsha Sadar, Goalanda, and Teknaf.
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting disclosed the details in a letter issued on Saturday.
