Newly appointed Information Adviser Mahfuz engages in discussions with officials

Newly appointed Information and Broadcasting Adviser Mahfuz Alam held discussions with ministry officials, subordinate departments, and associated organizations in the ministry's meeting room today.  

In his address, Adviser Mahfuz Alam emphasized the importance of collective cooperation for the smooth execution of the ministry's activities.  

He highlighted the need to effectively utilize available work opportunities within the ministry while ensuring the timely completion of ongoing projects.  

The adviser urged officials from the ministry and its affiliated departments to develop specific plans aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring their successful implementation.  

Expressing optimism, he stated that officials from all relevant departments and agencies would contribute to achieving the ministry's objectives.  

Ministry Secretary Mahbuba Farzana delivered the welcome address, while Additional Secretary Farah Shammi provided an overview of various agency activities within the ministry.  

Senior ministry officials and heads of subordinate departments attended the meeting.  

Earlier, the ministry secretary welcomed Adviser Mahfuz Alam with a bouquet.
