Foreign currency reserves stand at $34.32 billion
Bangladesh's foreign exchange reserves stood at $34.32 billion, according to the latest data released by the central bank on Thursday night.
The Bangladesh Bank said the country's reserves, calculated under the International Monetary Fund's (IMF) Balance of Payments and International Investment Position Manual (BPM-6) standard, amounted to $29.65 billion.
Officials said the reserve level indicates continued stability in the country's external sector despite ongoing global economic uncertainties.
