PM Urges Youths to Embrace Entrepreneurship Despite Challenges

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Tuesday called on young people to embrace entrepreneurship despite the challenges ahead, assuring them of the government's full support.

"You will have to overcome many challenges. But the government is here to support and guide you. We will do everything possible to stand by you," he said while addressing a special programme titled "Youth, Startups and Promising Bangladesh" at the Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban of the University of Dhaka on Tuesday morning.

The event was organised by the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division in collaboration with the University of Dhaka.

Speaking to aspiring entrepreneurs, the prime minister said many young innovators had already achieved remarkable success. He commended their contributions to society and the country's development, adding that their continued efforts would play a vital role in improving the lives of millions of people across Bangladesh.

More than 230 student entrepreneurs from eight universities, along with numerous successful entrepreneurs, took part in the programme.
