India requested that Hasina be refrained from making any statements: Spokesperson
Hasina has been giving statements to the Indian media, which the interim government reportedly disapproves of, he says.

The neighboring country of India has been asked to refrain from allowing exiled former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to make public statements through its media outlets.
Toufique Hasan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, shared this during a weekly press conference at the ministry office in Dhaka on Thursday.
"Sheikh Hasina has been issuing statements in the Indian media, which the interim government firmly disapproves of. The Indian government has also been requested multiple times on this matter," he stated.
