Dhaka Strongly Condemns Houthi Drone Strike on Madinah Power Station

The Government of Bangladesh has strongly condemned the Houthi drone attack targeting the Taibah electricity station in the holy city of Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

In a statement issued on Sunday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the deliberate targeting of critical civilian infrastructure serving the Prophet’s Mosque as an unacceptable attack on the sanctity of Islam’s holiest sites.

Bangladesh also reaffirmed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia in safeguarding its security and sovereignty.

“Bangladesh firmly rejects any act of aggression that undermines regional peace and stability,” the ministry said.
