225 tax inspectors have been reassigned

In a significant administrative reshuffle, the National Board of Revenue (NBR) on Wednesday reassigned 225 tax inspectors, with the directive to assume their new duties immediately in the public interest.

The order was announced through a notification signed by Md Anisul Islam, Second Secretary of Tax Administration-2.

The transfers cover inspectors from various regions, and all officials have been instructed to promptly report to their new workplaces.
