The Prime Minister inaugurated the e-bail bond service at the Bogura Judge Court.
Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Monday formally launched the e-bail bond service at the Bogura Judge Court during his visit to the district.
He walked from the Bogura Circuit House to the court premises, arriving at around 11:00 am, with the service officially inaugurated at about 11:20 am.
At the same time, he unveiled the plaque of the newly constructed building of the Bogura District Advocates Bar Association.
Earlier in the morning, the Prime Minister reached the Bogura Circuit House at around 9:55 am after travelling by road from his residence in Dhaka.
Following the inauguration, he is scheduled to unveil the plaque of the Bogura City Corporation and formally announce the commencement of its activities. Later in the day, he will inaugurate several development projects in Gabtoli upazila, including canal excavation works, distribution of family cards, and the launch of a measles-rubella vaccination campaign.
He is also expected to visit his ancestral home before returning to the city in the afternoon.
The Prime Minister will address a rally as the chief guest at 4:00 pm, organised by the district BNP.
