Pubali Bank conducts orientation program for newly appointed junior officers

Pubali Bank PLC organized a five-day orientation program for 218 newly recruited deputy junior officers, facilitated by the Human Resources Division. The program aimed to familiarize participants with the bank's concepts, principles, rules, regulations, laws, and practices.

Managing Director and CEO Mohammad Ali attended as the chief guest, while Deputy Managing Directors Mohammad Esha, Ahmed Enayet Manzur, and Md Shahnewaz Khan were present as special guests. Ismat Ara Huq, General Manager and Head of the Human Resources Division, delivered the welcome speech.

In his inaugural address, Mohammad Ali encouraged the new officers to work sincerely and honestly. He advised them to acquire diverse banking knowledge to remain competitive in the global market and emphasized that success in banking comes from utilizing one's skills and talents to the fullest. Ali also reminded the officers to strictly follow the rules of Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities, highlighting Pubali Bank's commitment to compliance.

He further urged the officers to serve customers with determination, integrity, and professionalism, and to adopt modern technology to enhance customer service. General managers and senior executives from the Head Office also attended the event.
