The National Consensus Commission, led by Yunus, is set to begin its work on Saturday
The commission comprises the leaders of six distinct reform commissions.

The interim government has announced the establishment of its National Consensus Commission, led by Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus, which will commence its work on Saturday.
A circular issued by the Cabinet Division on Wednesday revealed that the commission includes the heads of six distinct reform commissions. Dr. Muhammad Yunus will serve as the chairman, while Prof. Ali Riaz, the head of the Constitutional Reform Commission, has been appointed as vice chairman.
The other members of the commission are Abdul Muyeed Chowdhury, leader of the Public Administration Reform Commission; Safar Raj Hossain, head of the Police Reform Commission; Dr. Badiul Alam Majumdar, head of the Election System Reform Commission; Justice (Retd) Emdadul Haque, leader of the Judicial Reform Commission; and Dr. Iftekharuzzaman, head of the Anti-Corruption Commission Reform Commission.
